Julia Mikolajczak

Her life is a continuous search, an attempt to reach the truth. She has the gift of insight into the soul of another person. She has graduated from philosophy and being artist is her passion. She has graduated from vocal studies and is certified music scene actress. She was working with two cabaret teams ‘Kabareciarnia Zenona Laskowika’ and ‘Kabaret Adin’. Thanks to this cooperation she has released her own album “I’m worth it” in 2011. The major awards she was given are: Grand Prix on the XIX National Festival of French Song, Lubin 2002; 2nd prize at the 41st Student Song Festival, Kraków 2005; Audience Award and 3rd prize at 30th Stage Songs Review, Wroclaw 2009. She is still active on stage and currently performing ‘Todo Cambia’ music and words performance. Stage work helped her to discover the importance of the voice in expression and in contact with other people. She uses that knowledge in her vocal workshops.

While seeking deeper forms of expression she met on her way other forms of work including those proposed by Olga Szwajgier and Tantra of the Heart. She has graduated from Tantra of the Heart school – Formation. She cooperates with Tantra of the Heart today. Thanks to that she has been introduces to body work methods, psychotherapy (Gestalt, Rebirthing, Postural Integration, day dream, regeneration movements, experimental Gestalt approach, myths and fairy tales work), various forms of relaxation (dance, massage, spontaneous movement) and meditation (meditation, dynamic meditation, trans), and shamanic journeys. She participates in Creation Laboratory – Psychodynamics of the Relationship & Body Communication.

She facilitates vocal workshops and individual sessions. Her work focuses on opening the body, spontaneous movement, dance and tantra. She uses therapeutic tools, so that her workshops are focused on personal development.
